Courtroom Connect offers a wide range of services around the videoconference unit.  Once the unit is purchased, Courtroom Connect’s team continues to assist bar associations with bridging, gateways, and any support needed as part of the Bar Connect membership.

Services include:

Videoconferencing Installation and Configuration

Courtroom Connect provides the videoconferencing infrastructure needed for bar associations to communicate with other locations.  Courtroom Connect also provides support for installation and configuration of equipment.  Components include:

• Base videoconference unit
• Advanced microphone and multiple camera options
• Monitor and cart options
• Integration with VCR, DVD burner, document camera, etc.
   

Videoconferencing services

Courtroom Connect provides connecting services for communicating with other videoconference units.  Services include:

• ISDN long distance plan that is 20-80% lower than competitors
• Multi-point bridging to allow bar associations to have multiple sites on a videoconference call
• ISDN to IP gateway to allow bar associations to connect with either ISDN or IP

ISP service

Bar associations have the option to receive Courtroom Connect’s Internet service which is optimized for videoconferencing traffic.  Bars can use the Internet for a main line or a backup line, wireless for attorneys on site, and for videoconferencing.  Courtroom Connect provides monitoring and managed router/firewall options.

Public Videoconference Rooms

Bar associations can access Courtroom Connect’s over 250 public videoconferencing rooms across the U.S.  If a bar is putting on a CLE event from its main location, the bar can rent one of the public rooms to videoconference in remote members who want to participate in a CLE event.
